In 1999, I decided to reorganise my kidney information pages, and give them a new look and name; Renal UK.
WHAT? RenalUK exists to provide information, support, and an online presence for individuals in the UK who are in any way affected by Kidney Failure or a related problem.
WHO? RenalUK has been setup and run by Jim Warham!
HOW? RenalUK has been created using Apple Computers namely a PowerBook 1400 and a Macintosh Classic. Various software was also used. See below for more information.

Hosting: RenalUK was initially going to be hosted by Freeservers, however they do not allow membership of banner or associate programs, so the main part of RenalUK has been transferred to Netfirms.
If you are still learning about the internet, and are confused by technical terms, and still learning how to do things I would suggest you refer to www.webnovice.com for an easy guide to the net!

In addition to these a good text editor (eg Alpha or BBEdit) was used for any manual coding)
